Velexia Crucrux knew two things in life. Running and Killing. She had been doing it for so long that she didn't know anything else. She was a killer to the core. Her father had made her that way. She and her twin sister had been raised like mercenaries. They shouldn't have been raised that way. But there was a time before the killing started. A time long ago. Velexia's first day of high school...when she wasn't plagued by an evil twin sister trying to kill her...men trying to rape her...or her parents blaming her...way back when all she had to worry about was the really hot guy she had a crush on....

Velexia walked in the halls of school, she was acutally ducking out of her AP physics class right now. She was very smart though, took only AP classes, not as if the teachers would care. She slipped outside to the balcony and pulled out her cigarette pack. She pulled out a basic ultralight 100 and light it with her lighter, it was black with hot pink skulls on it. She sighed sharply as she exhaled the smoke.

"Damn this place is so boring. This sucks." She said to what she thought was herself.

Carlos entered Elmhood high, not quite sophomore slump and not quite hot shit. He saw instantly how eyes drew to him and held as if he were made of glue. He was used to it by then, feeling quite on top of the world. The school was the same, a vast blue stretch of lockers and the same white texas trash. Except for one, the girl. He saw her pass between first and second period, and it felt as if she was the master of gravity. His head swung and he couldn't help but stare.
Then there was Alex. His best friend and not-quite blood brother. He walked in pale and shiny looking, with his shirt tight and the two top buttons unbuttoned. His eyes were bright and the eyes strayed from Carlos to Alex. Carlos didn't care, he waited until he got his chance.
He was walking inot Physics and saw her duck away and rush off like nothing. He looked at Mr. Golasano and grinned and turned to leave.
"Mr. Rivera, where are you going?"
The grin turned sheepish.
"I got...something I have to go get..." he said, and left.
She was smoking on the balcony, he had followed her silently and watched her walk. A walk that made him hungry and sweaty at the same time.He waited and waited, watching her grasp the cigarette delicately.
"damn this place is so boring. This sucks." she said in a low, husky voice.
Carlos slipped close to her, placing his right hand on her hip and leaning his chin on her small left shoulder. He could feel her every move and breath and shiver. He grabbed her small wrist and led the cigarette to his lips, inhaling slowly.
"It wouldn't suck so bad if you knew me," he hissed, smoke furling through his teeth.

Velexia started slightly when she felt a hand on her hip, then she cut a glance behind her and saw the guy which every girl in their school coveted. His name was Carlos Rivera, he was also in her AP Physics class.

"You know that while Mr. Golasano may not care that I'm gone he may have some issues with you being gone." Velexia chuckled lowly and huskily, he took a smoke off of her cigarette and she just chuckled again. She returned the cigarette to her mouth and sucked on it and blew the smoke out seductively, although not quite sure how she managed that. "And why would I want to know you Carlos.." She drawled his name sensuously as if it were something particularly dirty(lol).

"Well, for one thing," he said, resting his chin in the sensitive space between her shoulder and neck "You haven't even looked at me since you came here. I wonder why," He gave her a cocky smile, lip piercings tilting and making his smile wider.
"It's not like I bite," Carlos purred in her ear, nipping the lobe gently.
He saw movement in the corner of his eye, and turned his head.
Alex stood there awkwardly, hands clamped on the strap of his hemp messengerbag. His eyes were wide and sort of confused. Carlos growled softly in his chest, and forced a blank face.
"What?" he snapped, feeling agitated.
Of all schools. He could have afforded to go to Sumatra High, the private school down the block that all the uppity white kids went to. He could have gone to the other public high...as long as he wasn't in Carlos' hair.
"Uhm...Nothing...I got lost." Alex said, a half sheepish smile on his face.
Carlos bared teeth, and let go of the girl, Valexia.
"Well this isn't a fucking classroom, kid. Go back to the hallway, turn left and enter the third classroom on the right side. Get lost," Carlos snapped.
Alex left without another word, and Carlos felt a little bad. The kid had problems, and he acted so childish sometimes.
Carlos turned back to her.
"Mr. G doesn't give a shit about where I go, None of the teachers do. If you stay with me, they won't care about you either"

Velexia turned around and leaned against the railing. She took a deep inhale on her cigarette and looked at Carlos with those piercing, liquid ice eyes, they were so blue they were fathomless; endless.

"Well...there's nothing to look at then is there?" Her voice was pitched low and seductive as she let her eyes roam all over his body and her lips formed a delighted pout/smirk that should have been impossible but was all her own and made her look even more femme fatal like. She sat up on the railing and parted her legs, sitting comfortably, her tight denim jeans made this position easy and made it tempting as well. Her white tank top clung to her tightly as her nice 36 B's filled the tank wonderfully thanks to her water bra. "If I were to...as you say...spend time with you...what would this involve?" She clucked her tongue and tilted her head to the side, bearing her neck a little.

Carlos met her gaze, feeling a slight shiver run down his spine as he realized the cold beauty of her. She looked like a supermodel and a serial killer in the same body.
He cocked his head, wondering if she was teasing. Of course there was something to look at, there was him. She must be crazy if she didn't think he was worth looking at.
He realized for the first time that he had no idea what her name was.
"You're new here right? I think you should tell me your name if you want to be hanging around with me," he purred, taking in her whole appearance and feeling quite sheepish about it.
Compared to her he looked like shit, wearing tight black skinny pants and a plain black shirt. His long black hair was unruly and wild, which was always that way. But now he felt like combing it for some reason.
"Spending time with me involves a sense of...I dont know...Murderous curiosity maybe?"

Velexia chuckled. When her voice came out to speak, it came out a pure purr.

"Velexia Crucrux is my name, love." She smiled, italian worked it's way in and intertwined with her voice. It had that tiny bit of spanish influence in it too. The combination was nearly devistating. She had been told before that one of the hottest things about her was her voice. Well.......other than her body of course, she dressed to fit her body, made herself look hot. She knew that all the boys were drooling over her and they were wising that she was their to covet. "Oh, I don't think I'll have any trouble at all.....hanging[i] out with you." Velexia emphasized the word, making it sensual, almost sexual. She jumped up to sit on the railing and parted her legs slightly as she looked at him. "So...[i]Carlosssssssssssssss." She drew out his name playfully.

Carlos nearly melted or came or something at her voice, pure seductiveness. He cast a long glance over his shoulder, listening to the other late students in the hallway. Losers, country hokies looking for a quick fuck. He growled under his breath and took Valexia's dainty hand in his own.
"Then come along with me, I'll show you around my parts....if you're not afraid," he knew it sounded awkwardly sexual, but he felt that way now.
He was halfway between a boner and bloodlust, he needed to control himself.
He beckoned her forth, to follow him to god-knew-where.

Velexia laughed in that hight pitch voice that was entirely her own. She smiled at him coyly and jumped off of the ledgge. He took her hand and she smiled all the more.

"Oh, i'm not afraid, nothing scares me." She smiled as she came close to his face. "Lead the way." She whispered seductively.

He nodded, swallowing a bit. She wasn't scared then. He could just see her, tiny Valexia whooping several mexican gangster's asses. Yes, that fit well. He swallowed again as she leaned close, and he could smell the sweetness of her breath. It was enough to make him sweat. He led her from the balcony out into the hallway. Laggers and late-comers hung out in the hallway, staring at him as he went by. He felt a combination of confused at how easy this was, and scared...he wondered if she was simply playing with him.

Valexia pulled a knife from her pants, right at the hip, it must have been brushing against her skin. She started to twirl it in her hand she flipped it in a way that seemed dangerous. Of her hurting others or cutting herself, yet she didn't seem worried at all.

"well come on...Riviera... What aer we gonna do??" She asked quietly in front of his face as she smiled.

Carlos watched her twirl the knife and smiled, a feral smile that showed teeth. "Well, we're going to ah...visit some friends and maybe hang out where I usually chill," he shrugged nonchalantly, but felt his heart skip a beat. She was a wild one, he could practically smell it on her. They walked out of the school casually, and Carlos began to walk towards the parking lot.
"Now, don't think we were going to walk senorita," he said, placing a hand on her waist.
They stopped beside a huge jet black and chrome motorcycle, sleek and terribly viperlike.
"Lexi, this is my ride Tokyo. Tokyo, meet Lexi." he said laughingly.

A sensual seductive thrill shot through her when Carlos put his hands on her waist. She was sure he could feel the other knife on her left hip. She was always well armed. She had to be in Sierra Madre.
